Study On The Sustainable Development Of Coal Resource City

Resource-based cities in the development process common business functions such as the dislocation of urban and industrial structure, a single, serious environmental pollution, resource depletion and social conflicts tend to highlight other issues. How to avoid weaknesses, give full play to its comparative advantage, so as to formulate a correct strategy for its economic development,ways and countermeasures, is placed in front of resource-based cities a major issue for sustainable development. Therefore, the status of resource-based cities, characteristics,development and variation, and actively explore a situation and adapt the resources of city road of sustainable development, not only has profound historical significance, but also has great practical significance.Based on the characteristics of China’s energy and environmental protection requirements,on the basis of previous studies, from the development stage and characteristics of resource-based cities, multiple angles of industrial structure, industrial development and industrial policy, urban construction, ecological construction and public administration were analyzed using theoretical analysis and empirical analysis this article expounded in the resource-based theory of sustainable urban development firstly.And then take Zoucheng as an example.through the analysis of the coal resource type city’s existing and development problems at present situation, elaborated the importance of realizing the sustainable development through the green developmental strategy.In the last, put forward relevant countermeasures.This paper from the aspects of the agricultural structure, industrial layout, service class, livelihood security, city construction, creatively put forward the countermeasures to realize the sustainable development of resource type city, it has great theoretical and practical significance to the sustainable development of resource type city road to seek a and adapt to the situation of our country.
