In the21st century, with China’s economic and social development, employeesin lots of industries are faced with the tremendous workpressure, a serious decline in sense of job security. If these kind of stress and pressure don’t have chances to properly relieve, thelethargy of working issue will arise. This lethargy will serious affects employee’s physical and mental health, relationships, eventually will reduce employeesreduce the working efficiency and the working performance. With the increase of industry working comprehensiveness, complexity and competitive, employees will gradually produce mental and physical problems, enthusiasm declined, reducing efficiency, ultimately resulting in increased business turnover rate.The human resources market will face much more difficulties.So the lethargy of workingissuesin the enterprise began to have widely attention. For the study of working lethargy, there are a number of theoretical results in the world, but on the most studies focused on health care, teaching, media and other industries, and there is limited studies on the lethargy of working.This study is based on domestic and related research on the lethargy of working, choose XX Company as the research object, using the way of questionnaires and interviews, to analyze the reasons and causes of the lethargy of working of employees. The study has found that the company’s employees in the XX Company can beprevented. The different levels and different positions of the staff there are significant differences in factors that lead to the lethargy of working issues. The study is focus on six parts.The first part are the actual problems, explain the purpose, ideas, chapters architecture, research ideas and methods of this article. The second part is a literature review, including its definition of the lethargy of working and the lethargy of working factors, the affection of the lethargy of working to employees, review and synthesis of the theory of measurement-related research the lethargy of working. The third part covers the basic situation of XX Company, business deployment, company’s character,to find out the results of the lethargy of working. The fourth part, based on the statistical data, company’s external environment, internal environment and employee’s individual to analyze the reasons and causes of the lethargy of working. In this part, we discussed two major negative affect by the lethargy of working to an organization;1, to the organization system,2, to the employee’s individual development. We can see, both of them will cause the lethargy of working and will reduce the company’s productivity. The fifth part,based on the output of the amylases of questionnaire, provide theoretical reference and guidelines for enterprise management to improve employee’s working enthusiasm and efficiency. The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook, summarize the conclusions of the study, presented at the lack of innovation and research.
