Job burnout is a commom problem in line manufacturing industry and service industry.Along with our country entering the middle-income stage,the economic and social development is increasingly showing steady,solid and slow.The problem of job burnout will be more serious,so research on the effective solution to the job burnout will be of emergent significance.This study takes the subway workers as the research object,to understand the overall situation of job burnout and job satisfaction of employees in N Metro Inc.At the same time,to explore the relationship between job burnout and job satisfaction and individual,organization,work and other factors on their differences.From the analysis results,we will find out the countermeasures to reduce the job burnout and improve job satisfaction.Based on the situation of the work itself and the current situation of employee motivation and employee development,we further analyze the causes of job burnout.At the end of development from the perspective of employees and employee incentives to ease the occupation burnout provided policy recommendations.This paper puts forward suggestions on how to alleviate the job burnout of Metro Inc employees from two angles of employee motivation and employee development.From the perspective of staff motivation,we should cultivate enterprise culture and enhance the sense of belonging to the organization.And then we must refine performance evaluation and boost employee personal accomplishment.From the development of staff,it is important to pay attention to comprehensive ability training and enhance the ability of sustainable employment of employees.Establishing the information feedback mechanism and enhancing the training effect of enterprise staff also counts.
