Job burnout is becoming one of the main factors to prevent enterprise high efficient development, which not only affects stuff’s mental and physical health, but also affects enterprise’s health development. According to relevant theory of occupation burnout, taking KK company as the research object through questionnaire inquiry and Analysis of Variance, stuff’s highly burnout is significantly differences in stuff’s gender, education, and job post. Organizational factors such as job post and working environment are much stronger affect to job burnout than individual factors. Job burnout originates from stuff’s negative psychology feel, so we should pay attention to stuff’s mental health with material incentive, thus there is a management mechanism transfer from mechanical system management to people oriented. This article, trying to combine theory of job burnout and management practice together, discusses the enterprise strategy to prevent job burnout efficiently, thus minimize job burnout’s negative effect, and realize the enterprises and employees of win-win cooperation management model with promoting harmony employee-employer relations development.
