With the development of our society,the competition among modern enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and the essence of competition among enterprises is the competition of talents.In other words,how to grasp the potential of human resources and develop human resources is the key to enhance their own strength and enhance competitiveness.However,at this stage,many enterprises in the development and use of human resources,there are a series of problems,mainly manifested in low employee satisfaction,resulting in job burnout.Companies like XXL focus on the recruitment and use of human resources,so employee satisfaction has become the focus of attention.In order to better develop the potential of employees,motivate employees to produce higher performance,so as to enhance organizational capacity,promote the healthy and rapid development of the organization.This paper explores the relationship between employee satisfaction and burnout in XXL company.Based on the theory of employee satisfaction and job burnout,this paper investigates and analyzes the problem of job burnout in XXL Company,and puts forward some suggestions and measures to solve the problem.The article first introduces the research background,significance,content and method of the thesis.Then,it introduces the theory of job satisfaction and job burnout,and expounds the relationship between job satisfaction and job burnout.Secondly,on the basis of previous research results,taking into account the specific characteristics of XXL company,the questionnaire was designed to conduct investigation and research,supplemented by field investigation.The results showed that the job burnout problem of XXL company mainly manifested in the sense of responsibility to be improved,the enthusiasm for skill improvement is not high,and the level of pressure is relatively low.The sense of demand is not satisfied.Thirdly,KMO test,commonality analysis and variance analysis were carried out to further analyze the main causes of job burnout in XXL company,such as the gap between reality and expectation,some employees'work pressure,imperfect incentive system,and the defects of promotion cognition.Finally,in view of the burnout problem of XXL company,the positive incentive measures,negative incentive measures,broaden promotion channels,improve the supervision mechanism and other measures to solve.
