Since reform and opening up, China’s economy has maintained rapid growth, including private small and medium private enterprises have developed rapidly in the highly competitive market environment, has now become an important part of China’s economy, and promote China’s economic growth to become a major force. in China, there are a lot of small and medium private enterprises are facing competitive pressures and the pressure inside the external economic environment, there has been the development of fatigue problems. Yangzhou Wanli Fine Ceramics Co., Ltd. established in1997, is a professional manufacturer of gas appliances with ignition needle, needle sensor manufacturers.2013annual sales of nearly16million yuan, gas appliance parts industry in place. Yangzhou wanli just do a Chinese private SMEs, but its development process and the difficulties faced by many small and medium private enterprises in China is currently really have to face. By Yangzhou Wanli’s research, hoping to find the right strategy for the development of enterprises, help enterprises out of the woods.Firstly, literature analysis, the significance of this topic, and gives the basic theory of this study. Secondly, the use of statistical research, summarized method to analyze the operating status of Yangzhou Wanli and problems, and the use of PEST model, five forces model and value chain model analysis of the company’s internal and external environment, revealing opportunities for its development faces and threats, strengths and weaknesses. Third, the proposed Yangzhou Wanli’s overall development strategy, competitive strategy and the associated functional strategies, and gives strategies to achieve these safeguards.This paper presents Yangzhou Wanli should choose the steady development of the overall strategy that is oriented to the water heater ignition pin, and strive to maintain a leading position Wanli in the field, while the steady development of other sectors of the firing pin. Through service differentiation, product differentiation and image differentiation to compete with other competitors in the same industry.
