Guangxi JiuLing needs a careful analysis to the enterprise internal and external environment,focus on target customers and target market correctly, formulate the development strategy of the integration of the business, to achieve further development.This paper adopts interdisciplinary method and inductive and contrast method, with Guangxi Jiuling as the research object,which analysis company’s external environment and internal state method through the Potter five forces model and PEST.
