The medical and health system reform is always a difficult problem of government public service, began in the health system reform in2006in the voice of the people in the journey. Medical treatment is difficult and expensive, is the true portraiture, one is the high medical costs make it difficult to accept, on the other hand, the distribution of medical resources in unbalanced rural patients had to squeeze the doctor to the big city hospital, which makes the contradiction between supply and demand more nervous. Medical problem has become one of the people most relationship problems.The necessity, importance and complexity based on health care reform, Yunnan Hongxiang Hall pharmaceutical (Group) Limited by Share Ltd’s HX companies try to cut through the market operation, exploration, research, comprehensive analysis of all each interest on the chain of different interest groups, the legitimate interests and non legitimate interests, so as to explore a set of positive active interest management method, so that the interests of the parties to obtain the maximum benefit in health reform.The implementation of the starting point of this paper from the reform of the medical and health system and basic medical insurance system for urban employees, drug classification management system, found the drug consumption market from medical institutions in a single internal competition to the competition by diversified medical institutions, pharmacies and other business outlets. By analyzing the formation of multiple channels, the consumption pattern, grassroots medical institutions pharmacy and traditional community pharmacies are facing more and more challenges. Pharmacy of medical institution as a part of the hospital, in the professional, technical, normative, relative to the community pharmacy has its incomparable advantages, such as higher level of the medical team, with rich inspection means. But the social pharmacy especially chain pharmacies, convenience, economy, multiple competitive aspect, also has the absolute advantage, thus, lay the foundation for the feasibility of Pharmacy Trusteeship.In this paper, the pilot experience of HX company of drugstore trusteeship, find out the important factors of hospital pharmacy trusteeship marketing strategy, with the marketing management theory as the instruction, through the analysis of these factors impact on the business behavior, in order to improve management strategies.This paper focuses on the study of drugstore trusteeship marketing link, through the improvement of drugstore trusteeship management, ensure all the links and drug related more humane, ultimately achieve value-added services.
