Research On The Mediating Effect Of User 's Behavior And Performance After Adoption Of Information System

After2008, a new round of information system construction boom is the formation of our country. China has entered the industrialization and information technology integration of a new stage. More and more companies recognize that through the construction of information systems to improve the efficiency of enterprises and their competitiveness. However, in practical applications, high investment to improve the performance of the enterprise was not significantly affected for enterprise information systems. Related scholars have pointed out, the key factors of applications faiure is that the user is not sufficient use information system. Therefore, to explore whether the user adoption of information systems make full use of information systems, and research information systems adoption factors of user behavior and mechanism of the enterprise information system can give full play to their full potential, improve the performance of information technology, thus contributing to business management performance and has a strong competitive advantage in practical significance.Domestic research focuses on the reason of the behavior of user adoption. It explains the different information technology or information systems user usage behavior after adoption. The findings showed superposition of different factors. At present, for the study of information systems usage behavior, they are still in the theoretical level. Foreign the study of information systems usage behavior focuses on using behavioral cognitive factors in the analysis of the individual aspects, such as expectations confirmed, usefulness and ease of use of cognitive awareness and so on.This study is based on information systems after the adoption theory, information systems theory, information classification and measurement systems and other related studies at home and abroad. Then we divide information system user behaviors into three types:frequency of use, routinization and infusion. The establishment of information systems adoption user behavior impact on performance mechanism model. And the model consists of4constructs including frequency of use, routinization, infusion and performance. This study proposes six assumptions, and we analyzed the mediation effect of information system user behaviors.The research model is tested by empirical method. The questionnaire is based on previous research. We gathered264questionnaires for the empirical study; The data is analyzed by SPSS. The result showed good reliability and validity; At last, structural model was analyzed by Smart-PLS. And the mediation effect was tested by SPSS. Through empirical results, four research hypotheses were set up. In addition, the study found that infusion as a mediator in the relationship between routinization and performance has a partial mediating role.According to the results of empirical research, this paper provides theoretical and practical suggestions to the behavior of the user information system. Finally we pointed out the shortcomings and limitations of this study. And study implications and future research directions are discussed in the final part. We expect to pass the research results promote stuff use level and individual performance to provide the reference for domestic enterprises.
