As car ownership increases, urban traffic congestion and environmental pollution continue to intensify. In order to alleviate the above-mentioned urban problems, shared transportation products came into being under the high development of the sharing economy and the Internet of Things. However, the emergence of shared transportation products, while improving traffic congestion and environmental pollution, has also brought about a series of problems such as management lag, parking disorderly, which has restricted the steady development of shared transportation products. In response to these problems, relevant departments can standardize urban planning, and shared transportation enterprises can standardize operational strategies. But the key to solving the current problem lies in user behavior, because the lack of shared transportation users and Irregular user behavior are the root causes of these problems. Therefore, the study of individual behavioral willingness is very meaningful for the management and stable development of the shared transportation industry.Based on the reading and combing of a large number of documents, this paper uses UTAUT2 as the theoretical basis and combines the actual characteristics of the shared transportation industry to select performance expectations, hard expectations, social influences, convenience conditions, hedonic motives, price values, behavioral intentions, and practical behavior as latent variables. At the same time, the age, gender and experience are selected as the moderated variables, and sustainable urban development is introduced as the final variable. On the basis of the above, the shared traffic product usage behavior model based on UTAUT2 theory is constructed and related hypotheses are proposed.Based on the mature questionnaires at home and abroad, this paper designs questionnaires for the characteristics of shared transportation products and analyzes the data,so as to verify the formation mechanism of behavioral intention, practical behavior and sustainable urban development and the interaction between all variables. The study found that in the hypothesis verification of latent variables, except for the relationship between convenience conditions and behavioral will, the performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence, hedonic motivation and price value have a positive impact on the willingness of the shared traffic users.Social influence and behavioral intention have a positive impact on actual behavior, and social impact and actual behavior have a positive impact on urban sustainable development. In the hypothesis verification of moderated variables, men pay more attention to cost than women, and younger users are more susceptible to surrounding environment than older users. Finally, focusing on the existing problems of the shared transportation industry, this paper provides suggestions from perspective of individuals, the shared transportation companies and relevant departments according to the results of model and data analysis to promote the sustainable development of sharing the transportation industry.
