Study On The Development Model Of Recycling Economy In Farming And Animal Husbandry In Horqin Sandy Land

Circular economy which is coming into being under the background of the sustainable development, is a new development model to solve the problem of resources and economic development. Circular economy is in line with the concept of sustainable economic growth which s core is efficient and recycling of resources and it’s principle is "Reduce, Ruses, Recycle".Circular economy requires reducing the impacts on the environment when developmenting the economic and realizing the coordinated development of economic, social and environment, which has a big significance to Wengniute regional area.In this article, I summarized the theory and practice of recycling economy at home and abroad, based on the scientific theory of human geography, ecological economics, systems theory and sustainable development theory. First analyzed the advantagement, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges of the development of agriculture and animal husbandry development and emergy utilization. Second demonstrated the necessity and feasibility of developing circular economy in Wengniute. The third,according to Wengniute’s natural conditions and socio-economic conditions,the Wengniute is divided into three sections each has its recycling economy developing model. In this paper, we obtain the following conclusions:(1) We analyzes the current development status of Wengniute, from resource endowments, geographic conditions, the basis of economic and social development,and finding the advantage, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Wengniute agricultural development. The main advantages include the geographical advantages, resources and growth advantage; The main disadvantages include global warming, the imperfect of agricultural industrial system, small-scale decentralized management and production lag; challenges include limited water resources, less mature market economy and agricultural production costs and so on.(2) From the perspective of energy use, we analysis the emergy of agricultural conduct, and conclude that at present emergy yield mate is low, which is far below the national average, at the same time the agriculture growth rate was significantly higher than livestock farming,which is because the local people tending to develop a simple and easy operated farming, rather than the complex livestock. In the long term, farming has more influence on the environment. Environment is facing tremendous pressure and it’s necessary to seek a new economic development model.(3) We demonstrat the necessity and feasibility of developing circular economy in Wengniute,and conclution that it’s necessary to chose a recycling economy model if you want to minimize the pressure on the environment.(4) According to the current economic development characteristics and natural environmental conditions of Wengniute, the whole area will be divided into three regions, namely the ecological conservation area, modern agricultural development cycle areas and ecological restoration and green industry development zone. In the ecological conservation area,the fruit industry, specialty forest economy is important; In the area of modern agriculture and animal husbandry, efficient water-saving agriculture, such as sugar beet, corn industry andvegetable industries are important; In the ecological restoration and sandy green industrial development zone, the ecological agriculture, sand industry, ecological animal husbandry industry is main. Through these industrial chain build in the regions, formating the recycling economy model.The value of this article is reflected in dividing the whole area into three sections, not as a whole, taking the differences in the region into account, and according to the characteristics of regional to study the whole areas, which maks the circular economy model more targeted and more practical value.
