Make cultivated land utilization from3to5, Increase the farmland area of0.20hm2.Thus enhancing the quality of cultivated land and the land utilization will be improved.In the research area implementing agricultural land consolidation,Not only to improve agricultural production conditions and for land ecological environment,but also ensure the sustainable use of land and agricultural sustainable in the research area.In order to improve the efficiency of agricultural land in the study area,made the Land resources reasonable configuration and promoting agricultural structure adjustment. Through the implementation of the land consolidation the low yield farmland will change for the high yield of farmland. Fanners’ income and the new cultivated land will be increased at the same time, Land consolidation will inprove the quality of cultivated land of Horqin left-wing middle banner and has profound influence on keep the study area dynamic balance of total cultivated land.
