The front axle assembly system is a manufacturing system with a wide variety of quality characteristics which contain nonlinear constraints.Due to the existence of error transfer and the cumulative effect of error,the assembly results of the current quality characteristics of the WIP are also influenced by the similar quality characteristics.In view of the fact that many quality characteristics have different effects on the quality of the WIP,should have different control dynamics.Aiming at the quality control problem of front axle assembly,this paper constructs a model to realize the identification of key quality characteristics and to grasp the key point of quality control.Then,constructing a model to predict the control threshold and use prediction value to judge the qualification of assembly.Finally,the quality control of the front axle assembly process is realized.The research of quality control method is of great significance for reducing the cost of quality control,achieving pre control of quality and improving product qualityFirst,this paper analyzes the process and characteristics of the front axle assembly,elaborates the research status of assembly quality control,define key quality characteristics,and introduce data acquisition,data transmission and other key enabling technologies for quality control.Second,this paper constructs recognition model of key quality characteristics and solve it by the BP neural network algorithm,identifies key quality characteristics of the front axle assembly process successfully by Example.On this basis,aiming at the error propagation and error accumulation effect in the process of front axle assembly,this paper constructs a predictive model of control threshold of key quality characteristics which is based on PSO neural network.The feasibility of the model is proved by experimental simulation.Finally,using the method of front axle assembly process quality control,which is based on the key quality characteristics recognition and control threshold prediction,this paper develops a quality control system for front axle assembly,introduces its softwarehardware architecture,function design,database design and system interface.At last,the system is applied to the assembly quality control of one light card front axle,and its reliability is confirmed.
