With the rapid development of science and technology,the ways in which machinery and equipment are used have become diversified and environmental conditions have become increasingly harsh.To ensure the use of equipment performance makes it constantly become more complex and diverse.According to the characteristics of the manufacturing process of complex mechanical products,it can also be called multiple nonlinear manufacturing.Due to the large number of parts and components of complete mechanical products,and the diversification of product structure,system and component connection methods and interface relationships.And the size of each part is generally around the design value fluctuations there are different degrees of deviation and other factors.It is well-known that wanting to get any complete product assembly process is its last indispensable necessary link,and it is also one of the key production links that exerts heavy influence on product quality.Therefore,the assembly quality of multiple nonlinear manufacturing affects the actual quality(such as use performance and service life)and value of the entire product.Therefore,in this paper,the assembly process of complex mechanical products as the research object,through the assembly process quality and assembly costs(value-added ratio)from two angles of view,starting from the assembly process of the entire assembly process,according to the characteristics of complex mechanical assembly process,using integrated The theory of assembly index,value flow,and linear regression methods are used to determine the standard assembly evaluation index to determine the assembly process that needs to be monitored.Finally,the multivariable nonlinear theory is used to propose a model and method for identifying the fluctuations in the manufacturing process of complex mechanical products,and real-time monitoring of the processes that need to be monitored in accordance with the above-mentioned decision results.The specific work is as follows:(1)With operation's assembly process of motor production workshop as the research object,adopting statistical operation theory collect the information of various factors.The factors that influence the assembly quality during the assembly process.Then the assembly quality loss is calculated according to the mass entropy,and the comprehensive assembly index is obtained.(2)To study the process flow of assembling process in the motor production workshop,and according to the concept of lean production value analysis,the assembly process is analyzed by value stream.By using the value stream map analysis,the appreciation rate of each process is calculated in the assembly process.Finally,based on the known quality and cost quantization,the evaluation index of decision standard is obtained to determine the assembly process that needs to be monitored carefully.(3)In order to find out the problem of the process quality fluctuation in time,the process quality monitoring model should be established based on the SOV theory and the classical SPC technology.
