The essential of management is to pursue desirable benefit. By means of integrating existed resources, reach its full potential and achieve the biggest effectiveness. As government department, the management of custom must seek efficiency.Custom statics is one of the four tasks for custom, it’s a digital record and depiction of the results of custom management objects and management process, mirror the course and outcome of our external trade and legal administration objectively, reflect custom management. Our customhouse is able to master comprehensive, timely and correct statistic data, which is the major character and disadvantage compared to statistic work of other departments.Shenzhen Custom is a direct customs which has the most complete business, the most volume of business, a largest numbers of personnel. For a long time, Shenzhen Custom have made varieties of trials in the application of doing data statistics and accumulated lots of beneficial experiences. I have been working in the department of Shenzhen Custom for thirteen years, personal experienced the reformations and transitions of Shenzhen Custom statistical projects, gained plenty of experiences in statistical data and business experiences, and attempted to analysis, assess and improve the custom management effectiveness through participations in statistic data and application.This paper is based on the review and evaluation of the related literatures home and abroad, the differentiation and analysis on the concepts of custom statistics, management benefits, take the actual applications in years of statistic data of Shenzhen Custom as example, through thorough analysis of custom statistic data, pointed out the weak link in the application in custom management of statistic data till now. First, statistic data is mainly serve the leaders and personnel seldom share statistic data; second, statistic data is commonly used for work summaries, and the control function in advance is weak; third, statistic data is often in the form of static table, so it’s hard to participate in dynamic management. This paper discussed how to solve these three problems, expound pointed methods and approach, so as to boost custom management benefit.The conclusion is:as authoritative official statistic show, the rational participation in custom statistics data between personnel is benefit for the analysis and evaluation of custom management benefit, and with the help of custom statistics data, I propose several targeted measures to gradually increase custom management benefit.
