Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Government Statistical Work In The M Country Under The Background Of Big Data

All along,government statistics reflects the development of China's national economic industries,and provides a data basis for the government to make scientific decisions on macroeconomic management and regulation.With the deepening of the information society in the 21 st century,the "big data" technology with huge amount of data,various types and high timeliness is changing with each passing day.As a result,the way of data production,collection,processing,application and distribution are undergoing great changes.Under the environment of big data,government statistics exposed some in the processes of data collection and analysis,timeliness of data distribution,statistical service level,statistical credibility,etc.In order to deal with the opportunities and challenges brought by the era of big data and promote the transformation and upgrading of government statistics,statistical experts and scholars have conducted a lot of studies on big data and government statistics,but these studies are based on top-level design,and there is a lack of research on reform measures focusing on grass-root statistical work.This paper elaborates the impact of the era of big data on the statistical work of M county government from the two aspects of the challenges and opportunities brought by the background of big data to the statistics of M county government.Combined with my own practical work experience,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the working status of the statistics bureau of M county,the problems existing under the background of big data and the possible reasons.These problems are manifested in the incomplete coverage of statistical data,the low degree of statistical standardization,the serious phenomenon of statistical data islands,the lack of statistical professionals,and the lack of timeliness and practicality of statistical products and services.By learning from the advanced practices and experience of other advanced regions in China,this paper puts forward specific improvement suggestions from the aspects of improving data collection,guaranteeing statistical legal environment,promoting sharing platform construction,deepening talent selection mechanism,and improving statistical service level of M county government under the background of big data.These specific measures can promote the opening and sharing of statistical data,improve the ability of data processing,analysis and deep mining,and provide more valuable,more accurate and more timely statistical services for the society with the concept of establishing service-oriented statistics,so as to promote the optimization and healthy and rapid development of the statistical work of M county government.
