Government statistics is the basic link of our government's work,the quality of statistical data determines the government's social development plan and strategy.With the rapid development of the economic and social development of the 12 divisions,the statistics data released by the 12 divisions also received various attention from all walks of life,the statistical credibility of the 12 divisions also faces an unprecedented test.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly expound the background and significance of the research,analyzed the research on statistical credibility both at home and abroad,research method and technical route were also discussed.In the second part,the relevant references are studied,defined the core concept of this paper,listed the related theoretical basis.The third part introduced the economic and social development statistics of the 12 divisions,the problems of statistics and quality management of the twelve divisions are briefly expounded.The fourth part through the questionnaire investigation to 12 divisions`s general public for research,the research is mainly about the extent of social and public perception and trust,and by summarizing and analyzing the data of the research,we can analyzed the current status of 12 divisions statistics.The fifth part combining with related theories,analyzed the main causes of the statistics data credibility of the twelve divisions.To improve the statistical data's credibility by strengthening the statistical data quality management,reform the unreasonable performance appraisal mode,strengthen the grassroots statistical team and statistical publicity,perfect legal system of government statistics.The innovation of this paper is that we chose the subject of investigation deliberately in the delivery of the questionnaire.A certain number of questionnaires were distributed among the state workers,the government authority employees,the farm workers and small and medium-sized enterprises and private company employees.We did a thorough survey of our investigation make the survey data root more comprehensive.But the literature is limited,the questionnaire design is not perfect,the argument doesn't go far enough,the analysis is relatively thin.By conducting economic and social development statistical data credibility of 12 divisions,to understand and master the statistical credibility of the 12 divisions.Analyze its internal causes,take effective measures,It is of great practical significance to improve the quality of statistics,reinforce the positive image of statistics and promote the development of 12 divisions statistics.
