Agriculture is the largest industry in China, the development of the agricultural economy has an important role for the stability of the country. Support agricultural development is inseparable from the powerful agricultural enterprises. Today’s food safety issues abound. With the increasing demands of the people on food safety, and provide consumers with satisfaction and rest assured that safe food is a key factor to ensure that agricultural enterprises to grow. China in recent years began to adjust and optimize the agricultural structure, vigorously develop green organic agricultural products. Strong driver for the development of green, organic, environmental philosophy, XX enterprises flow.Firstly, the importance of food safety issues and the development of green food industry is imperative. Analysis of the business model of the existing green food enterprises, the need for change of the XX enterprise development and business models. The paper uses the basic theory of strategic management effectiveness analysis of the current development trend of green food industry. In the course of the study followed the classic strategic analysis and business model analysis framework, on the basis of the analysis of the XX internal and external environment faced by enterprises, the development of strategic options, and combined with their own situation.
