Manufacturing industry is the main body of China's national economy,which is in the core position of the industrial system.Building a manufacturing industry with international competitiveness is the only way for China to enhance the comprehensive national strength,to protect the national security and to build the world power.Compared with the world advanced level,China's manufacturing remains big but not strong,and the disparity is obvious in the aspects of the independent innovation ability,the resource utilization efficiency and so on.In particular,the epitaxial development mode based on energy consumption and resource consumption is often at the expense of the huge environmental damage for the manufacturing output value and the scale expansion.As environmental pollution and resource consumption are becoming more severe,green innovation in the process of social economy is becoming more important at present than that of any other period of time in history.In terms of the situation of Chinese manufacturing,it is the only way to reduceenvironmental pollution and resource consumption by investing innovative resourses and carrying out innovative activities to improve the green innovation ability.Therefore,it has theoretical and practical significance to study the impetus factors and the models of green innovation system in order to improve the green innovation ability and to solve the problem of environmental pollution.The main contents of this dissertation includes the following sections.On the basis of relevant concept definition and discrimination of innovation system,industry innovation system and green innovation system,green innovation system of manufacturing is constructed.The structure,function,principal elements and external environment of.the system are deeply analyzed,and the impetus factors of green innovation for green innovation system of manufacturing are determined from three aspects of market pull,technology push and government regulatory push/pull.The effective mechanisms of green innovation impetus factors to the R&D performance,manufacture performance,and marketing performance are discussed from the aspect of technology push,market pull,and government regulatory impetus factors,the relevent research assumptions are proposed and the concept model is set up.Based on the validity and reliability of the sample data,the effective mechanisms of green innovation impetus factors to the green innovation performance of the green innovation system are examined using the structural equation model.This paper also discussed the results on the basis of the empirical test of the model.The market pull,technology push and government regulatory impetus factors are act on the main body of green innovation and promote the production of green innovation.The influence of technological impetus,market pull and government regulation on the green innovation of manufacturing industry have been analyzed.Based on the deep analysis of the operation mechanism and effective factors of different innovation models,the technology push,market pull,government regulation and hybrid innovation models of Chinese manufacturing green innovation system are constructed.In addition,this paper also deeply analyzed the operating mechanism of different green innovation modes.In the green innovation system of manufacturing industry,each innovation motivation factor plays a different role,and mutually promoted each other that have a synergistic effect on the main body of innovation,so that the green innovation technology can develop healthily in the different stages of the life cycle.This paper analyzed the openness,stochastic fluctuation,super circulation,coordination and nonlinearity of the self-organization of the green innovation system of the manufacturing industry,and analyzed the evolution mechanism of green innovation system based on self-organization theory.Through empirical research methods,this paper analyzed the green innovation mode choice of the sectors of manufacturing of green innovation system,and discussed the empirical evaluation results.Using the coupling coordination degree method,this paper then conduct an empirical analysis on the combination of green innovation modes of the technology push,market pull,government regulation,and discussed the empirical evaluation results.The results showed that the effect of green innovation modes of manufacturing technology push,market pull and government regulation on green innovation system are leading to coordination.Under the synergistic effect of three kinds of green innovation mode,the green innovation system with self organization characteristics will continue to out of order state to ordered state,from a state of order to more orderly development of the state of perfection.Finally,based on theoretical analysis and empirical perspective above,in order to correctly grasp the yardstick to measure green innovation ability of green innovation system,scientific accurate evaluation of innovation performance of green innovation system,to ensure the benign operation of China's green innovation system,respectively from the angle of market pull,technology push and government regulation,this paper proposed to promote the green innovation performance of Chinese manufacturing innovation system by properly utilizing impetus factors of technological impetus,market pull and government regulation.
