Research On The Influence Of Chain Director Network Between Enterprises On The Innovation Performance Of Green Food Enterprises

With the continuous improvement of people's economic level and the concept of healthy living style, more and more consumers begin to pay attention to the non pollution, green and organic food. Since ancient times, China is recognized as a large agricultural country by the word.China has unique geographical conditions of cultivation, agricultural products and a lot of green food production, and the potential consumer market, which bring enormous opportunities for green food enterprises. However, compared with foreign developed countries, China's green food enterprises generally lack of innovation ability.And whether it is the performance of technological innovation or management innovation performance is significantly low. Inter firm network of interlocking directorates have a lot of innovation resource and knowledge innovation, the green food enterprises can make full use of enterprise resources and knowledge in the network of interlocking directorates to carry out innovation activities, so as to improve the green food enterprise innovation ability and innovation performance of enterprises. Therefore, the paper analysised deeply the existing problems and present situation of green food enterprises, and based on the theory of chain directors network among enterprise, organizational learning and innovation performance theory, the paper test the effect of enterprise interlocking directorates network and the organization learning ability of green food enterprise on the innovation performance of enterprise.Based on the related literature at home and abroad,including the green food enterprise innovation performance,interlocking directorates network and the organization learning ability, the paper explained the definition and clarified the relationship between the relationship and influence. Furthermore, according to the related literature research. In this paper, the green food enterprises innovation performance include technological innovation performance and management innovation performance, and select the inter firm network of interlocking directorates of network density, network intensity and network center as interlocking directorates network research variables, and also select the ability of knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing capability and knowledge utilization ability as organizational learning ability research variables,the paper construct theory model and research hypothesis among the three relations of inter firm network of interlocking directorates, organizational learning ability and green food enterprise innovation performance. Finally, the paper select 82 listed companies annual report as the research sample in Shanghai and Shenzhen two stock exchange by the end of 2014,by using the social network analysis software Ucinet6.199 to draw the network diagram of the interlocking directors of enterprises,using the software of SPSS22.0 of regression analysis and AMOS22.0 of structural equation model,the peupose of the paper is test relationship empirically of inter firm network of interlocking directorates, green food enterprise organization learning ability and green food enterprise innovation performance. The results are as follows:chain director network density among enterprise has a significant positive effect on green food enterprise technology innovation performance and management innovation performance, the enterprise chain director network center has a significant positive effect on management innovation performance and enterprise knowledge sharing capability of green food enterprise, chain director network density among enterprise has a significant positive effect on green food enterprise knowledge acquisition ability, knowledge sharing capability and knowledge utilization ability, knowledge sharing capability of green food enterprise has a significant positive effect on technological innovation performance, knowledge utilization ability of green food enterprise has a significant positive effect on the performance of management innovation, green food enterprise organizational learning capability plays a intermediary role between enterprise chain director network and enterprise innovation performance.
