Research On The Autonomy Of Insurance Industry Association In China

In the past for a long period of time, China has adopted a planned economic system, the role of government in economic life is extremely strong, narrow space in this atmosphere, and the autonomy of the industry. Raised with the idea of "small government, big society", the civil society in our country has access to development opportunities, civic autonomy and industry autonomy to get broad space for development. As an autonomous part of the community, the industry association of autonomy has made some progress, but there are still many problems, it is necessary to conduct systematic research. After decades of development, the insurance industry has become an important part of our national economy, and the autonomy of the insurance industry has played a pivotal role in the insurance industry development, however, the insurance industry autonomy concept and running mechanism is not yet mature due to its relative youth, the results were less than ideal practice. Therefore, this essay will discuss the measure to strengthen the autonomy of insurance industry based on the analysis of theory. The thesis mainly consists of four parts:the first part discusses the basic theory of insurance industry associations, the presentation and analysis of the concepts and functions of the Association of the insurance industry. The second part mainly describes insurance industry and associations’ autonomy and the reason to implement the autonomy of the insurance industry, and other issues. The third part discusses the existing problems of the autonomy of China’s insurance industry associations from the two levels of conceptual and operational mechanism analysis. The fourth part discusses the future of China’s insurance industry autonomy and measures are put forward to promote the autonomy of China’s insurance industry.
