Along with acceleration of globalization, vast sums of international capital inflows to China’s capital market. Accordingly, marketing competition is becoming fiercer and fiercer which means both challenge and opportunity to enterprise. As future competition between enterprises tends to focus on talent and innovation, enterprises must be more innovative to possess a dominant position. Innovation is the groundwork to enterprise. Innovation in product, technology and service are the key points which decide the prospect of enterprise rather than fixed-capital investment. Innovation originates from personnel, similarly, organizational innovation originates from individuality. Personnel is more than a simple action executor as always, they are wishful to attain more autonomy during work proceeding. If this autonomy will affect innovative activity becomes a focus of managers and scholars’ concerning. Research result indicates that personnel’s autonomy conduces to innovation activities. Although this mechanism will be affected by many factors, this paper attempts to focus on studying a kind of adjustment factors, challenging-blocking pressure.Starting from job autonomy, this article researches the influence to personnel’s innovation behaviors which result from work autonomy combines with the modulatory function which challenging-blocking pressure works between job autonomy and innovation behavior. This article collected samples from 15 enterprises in 5 cities of Anhui province. Adopting statistical software SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 17.0, each scale is inspected from reliability and validity points of view. Meanwhile, to check the tenability of this assumption, pertinence analysis among variables and recursive analysis were conducted. Research result also shows that job autonomy impacts on innovation behaviors positively. While impeded pressure impairs the positive correlation between job autonomy and innovation behaviors. This article contains 6 parts.Part one is introduction. It mainly includes research background, research methods and ideas, research purpose and significance, also possible innovation points in this article.Part two is literature review. It summarizes and organizes the related theories of job autonomy, challenging-blocking pressure and employee creative behavior.Part three is theory review and research assumption. It reviews and organizes the research conclusion about relationship among variable quantities.Part four is research design. It selects the research samples, decides the quantity for survey, and verifies the sample reliability and validity.Part five is demonstration analysis. It majorly includes descriptive statistical analysis for sample data, and pertinence of variable quantity and analysis of regression; furthermore, test accommodative effect for challenging pressure and blocking pressure separately.Part six is research conclusion, recommendation and outlook. Conclude the result bases on analyzing demonstration, propose relevant solution, indicate the limitation and outlook of this research.
