In the world economy is under the circumstance of recession in nowadays, all kinds of businesses and industries are faced with fierce competition and crisis. In the past the traditional industrial production model was simple relied on labor intensive, low cost, high pollution and high energy consumption, which gradually encounters the development bottleneck, sometimes, this model already became the barriers in the further development of enterprise. As one of more than two thousand pesticide producers in China, now Jiangyin Suli Chemical Co., Ltd is in the bad development situation as same as other companies suffered, it is not enough for a company to survive and get the development opportunities in the terrible competition just based on the technology innovation and product up-graduation which can be easy to be imitated, copied and surpassed by competitors, so the new product marketing model establishment based on the Value Chain Theory is very important for Suli Company to stay alive and grow in future.This article starts studies from the summary of the domestic and foreign scholars on the servitization theory of manufacturing enterprises and summary&analysis of the current situation of the domestic and foreign pesticide market, to propose the structure of Suli pesticide business servitization model and how to establish that marketing model with detailed implementing thinking based on the Theory of Value Chain and Smile Curve under the current market situation, competition environment and the new challenge Suli company is facing now, at the same time the article mentioned the discussional direction of the further development of Suli pesticide business servitization model, it also provided the reference of the theoretical studies of the pesticide business modelsThere are five parts in this article, the main topics and content as below:The first part raised the study background, target, task, thinking and method. The second part is an overview and analysis of current domestical and foreign pesticide market, then to point out the problems in the pesticide business. The third part is to point out the defects in Suli traditional pesticide business model based on the change of domestical pesticide business model. The forth part is to present the innovational model of Suli pesticide business servitization based on the summary and analysis of the new challenge domestical business model faced now, then to systemically analyze and make heroic assumption of profit way of Suli model. The fifth part is the summary of the article and prospect of the further development of Suli pesticide business model and propose the possible direct of the marketing model hereafter.
