With the continuous development of China's market economy,the city accelerate d pace,China's construction industry ushered in the spring of development,has made outstanding contribution to the economic development of our country.Subsequently,China has relaxed the construction industry access standards,allowing domestic and f oreign companies into the field of construction industry,while facing the development of a broad market,sufficient profit space,more and more enterprises into the constr uction industry share.Under this situation,the pressure of market competition of Chi na's construction industry is also increasing,how to establish and improve their own management work,so as to effectively improve work efficiency,enhance the competit iveness of enterprises,has become a construction enterprises urgently need to be reso lved.At present,the modern enterprise management is human resources management and human resources management is the main focus of performance management,it i s related to the overall performance of the enterprise,affect the management efficienc y of enterprises,is the decision maker of many senior managers,are in a key concer n for workers.Good performance management is an important guarantee to improve t he core competitiveness of enterprises and achieve long-term development of enterpris es.Therefore,to establish a good performance management system,from the viewpoi nt of management,to solve the various problems,and strive to improve the economi c efficiency of enterprises,and enhance the comprehensive strength of the enterprise,is the key issue to every construction enterprise needs to solve.This article will use the literature research and case analysis,a comprehensive a nalysis to performance theory as the breakthrough point,the full text is divided into six parts:the first part is the full text of the introduction,this topic research backgro und,research significance and so on,puts forward the research method of full text.The second part put forward in this paper,the research theory and related tools.The third part of the current situation of the development of architectural history and ma rket of our country are reviewed,including the BW architectural design company as an example,this paper expounds the general situation and the current achievement in the field of performance management,status quo and the problems.The fourth part will be used to the work as the foundation,in view of BW architectural design com pany established a new performance management system,which mainly contains the performance management plan system,evaluation system,the construction of feedback system.The fifth part is on the fourth part of the build system of performance man agement,put forward the safeguard measures of the implementation of the system ne ed,the sixth part is the summary of the full text for and for its future development was prospected.The biggest advantage of this article and innovation point is that the learning of Chinese and foreign practical experience,have a scientific performance management theory as the foundation,at the same time for the actual case of architectural design firm,is put forward to "two-way index + elastic appraisal" performance management system,with emphasis on the building,and then based on this,advances the scientif ic method.This article is about a breakthrough in the performance management of c onstruction companies,the results are relatively rich,can work hard to guide other c onstruction companies.At the same time,the beginning of BW architectural design c ompany due to the reform and development are in a transition type and achieve self-reliance portal key period,the establishment of the performance management system must also is very important to the development of enterprises.
