Research On Business Process Analysis And Optimization Method Under Asymmetric Information

Asymmetric information theory is an important theory of classical game theory, Since the1970th, the theory is always be the part which is full of vigor and vitality in economics research field. because the information asymmetry phenomenon exists everywhere, the application scope of the theory of information asymmetry is apparently very wide. However, not only there is a lot of information asymmetry in the market, there is also the information asymmetry phenomenon in the management of enterprise. Because of the existence of information asymmetry phenomenon, it greatly reduced the efficiency of enterprise operation, increased the cost and declined the decision accuracy of the enterprise.As globalization intensifies, the business environment is becoming increasingly open, the continuously speeding up of the homogenization process innovation pattern, the business environment will vary from minute to minute. In the face of changing market and business environment, internal information asymmetry has become an important factor which affected the competitiveness of enterprises. The flattening and informatization of the organization is the effective measures to refine the information asymmetry in the enterprise. The flatting and informatization of the organization must be accompanied with the business process reengineering (BPR), so the business process reengineering theory provides the technical means necessarily for the research of this paper.The purpose of this paper is to study and explore a kind of business process analysis and optimization method under the condition of asymmetric information in the enterprise which is integrated with the information technology in order to refine the asymmetric information phenomenon in the enterprise.Firstly, the thesis do the summary and brief analysis in the theoretical aspects, compare and summarize the methods of business process analysis and optimization in commonly use, including fishbone diagram method, job analysis method, benchmarking method, IDEFO method. Then provide the business process analysis and optimization method under the condition of asymmetric information including its steps and the optimization principles. Finally, through the practice of business process analysis and optimization on the N company under the information asymmetry condition, verified the feasibility of method researched in the paper, meanwhile analyze and compare comprehensive benefits that the method brings to the enterprise.
