China is in the the development stage of industrialization and urbanization, on theone hand, the rapid growth of energy demand of the people, on the other hand, thepublic has become increasingly urgent requirements of reducing the greenhouse effect.Natural gas is a clean energy, increase the proportion of natural gas in the energystructure, a bridge in China in the near future towards a low carbon economy. CCompany as a regional natural gas company, company size has gradually increased withthe development of urbanization. But with the major cities have liberalized gas franchiseshare of private enterprises, Hong Kong, and even foreign-funded enterprises graduallyenter the gradual disappearance of the monopoly advantages of Company C, theproblems in the course of business is constantly exposed mainly to internal managementstructure is irrational misallocation of resources, customer satisfaction is not high, highoperating costs, resulting in company C and declining competitiveness. In this paper,these issues focus on analysis of the company’s business processes, identify problemsand optimize processes, then improve the competition ability..Because of the C company ‘s industry characteristics, in the medium and long term,a natural monopoly position in market competition, but under the influence of theplanned economy and problems left over by history, the business process all kinds ofresources allocation is not reasonable, high operating costs, ignore the customer, causeits management and business service level in inferior level in the long run, C company’sexisting business process has not reflect “people-oriented" scientific development viewcore idea, could not to cope with the national policy changes and brings the marketcompetition. So, the company must to change the idea of service, improve the servicequality and competition ability.In this paper, using the questionnaire and the Pareto Principle to identify the mainfactors that affect customer satisfaction,then based on the main factors to analysis theexisting management process, analysis are focused on the main and key subprocess.using the Brainstorming method、Cost Analysis(ABC method)and so on,The son of the value of the process were listed homework and the value-addedhomework,Calculate the value-added business process efficiency and performance indicators.Priority matrix method to analyze the critical path of the two sub-processes,using a parallel way to shorten the critical path, and to cut non-value-added jobs in theprocess. And built according to the optimization results, the information system of theentire business process, enables data to be shared within the system, further improve theinformation transmission speed, accuracy and the degree of process automation. Finallyoptimize the value-added efficiency and performance indicators before and aftercomparison, to illustrate the effect of process optimization. Finally, we will expectatethe effect after business process reengineering.
