T oilfield began the second round of foreign cooperation in2006, and launched12risk exploration blocks, two natural gas development blocks of DN1and TZ for cooperating, and therefore DN1and TZ contracts were signed from2008to2009. During the past seven years of foreign cooperation, the production of every project has been launched normally, however, more and more disadvantages from contractual management issues have been gradually exposed. This paper can, to a certain extent, reduce contract management risks, promote innovation in the fields of contract management, and contribute to enhance T oilfield its international competitiveness and promote a smooth path for international projects. Through this research, the author hopes to give fresh impetus to a smooth path of cooperation, greater development of cooperation career, advent of advanced management and skills for the oilfield, the achievement of oil production goals for the12th Five Year Plan for economy.The paper designs a questionnaire entitled "Contract Management Performance Evaluation in EPC Projects". And it gives a description of the current situation of contract management, it builds fuzzy comprehensive performance evaluation model, combining quantitative and qualitative risk management for the overall implementation of a scientific and objective evaluation, also it provides a summary of existent problems. Furthermore, Combining with the actual management, this paper constructs a Risk System about Contract Management for EPC Project in T Oilfield. In addition, it designs a questionnaire called" Contract Management Risk Module Research for EPC Project", which offers an evaluation module and relevant mathematic formula. At last, it makes three demostraion analysis for contract management courses and thus provides relevant countermeasures for contract management.
