Contract Risk Management Analysis Based On Ground Source Heat Pump Aircoditioning Construction Of Binhai Lake Golf Club

The high risks of modern engineering project make that the contract risk management plays an very important role in the project operation. How to sign up and manage the contract are the issues that the business owner pays lots of attention to. This thesis, combining with two concepts which are rather new at the moment: the golf club and the ground source heat pump air conditioning system, proposes the key points of research -- the contract risk management of ground source heat pump air conditioning system of golf club, based on the full analysis of related risk and contract management. The main purpose is to provide theory evidences and references of contract risk management strategies in the ground source heat pump air conditioning system of golf club to the business owner, through the analysis of that of Binhai Lake International Golf Club.The basic concepts of contract risk management are introduced in the paper, as well as the real practice of that in the ground source heat pump air conditioning system of Binhai Lake International Golf Club. Based on brain-storming,DZX model,expert scoring to evaluate,AHP and fuzzy evaluation the contract risk management of the whole engineering process is analyzed thoroughly. Among the approaches adopted, there are brain-storming to identify possible risk elements, DZX model to address the risk profiles, expert scoring to evaluate the main risk elements of engineering process, and combination of AHP and fuzzy evaluation in the bidding to decide the project subcontractor. In the thesis, we also discussed about business owner how to avoid and divert contract risks and the risk management strategies in the ground source heat pump air conditioning system of golf club. It is cited the mistakes occurred in the contract risk management of ground source heat pump air conditioning system of Binhai Lake Golf Club. In the end this thesis analyzed contract risks and its reactions of subcontractor model for the contract risk management.The research results are analyzed and summarized in the conclusion, some defaults of this thesis and other questions that worth further deeper analysis are pointed out as well.
