Technology contract management becomes gradually an important content of enterprise operating and business management. It must be strictly formed a complete set and given a considerable role.Based on the study on common performance problems existing in enterprise's technology contract management, this thesis has inquired large quantity of literature about contract management, especially technology contract management, summarized the theories and methods related to project stakeholders, introduced Projectification management of technology contract, discussed main problems, what affect performance during management process, distinguished enterprise's internal and external stakeholders, studied the methods how to improve performance in technology contract management and how to successfully manage the stakeholders in project on enterprise's technological exchange and cooperation with universities.This thesis has studied mainly in:a) studying on Projectification Management of technology contract during enterprise's technological exchange and cooperation with universities from the point of view technology contract management department,b) systematically distinguishing enterprise's internal and external stakeholders in technology contract, putting forward some effective methods to manage them,c) discussing main problems, what affect performance during management process, obtaining some effective methods to improve technology contract management performance on benefit of stakeholders,d) practically testing and verifying the methods, what can perfectly improve performance in stakeholders management and make project to be successful.
