The monopoly of the domestic petroleum enterprise is one of the many monopolized industries of energy. China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec Group),China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), these three of the biggest State-owned enterprises basically monopolized the import, refining, sales and other links of the oil and gas. Because of the unreasonable allocation of social resources caused by monopoly, It is the fact that the benefits of the employee who are served in the enterprise of monopolized industry which far beyond the social average level damage the interests of most consumers. In the meantime, the state ought to responsible for the harm to the environment and resources.]The price of the big oil and gas have the characteristics of greater rise, higher frequency, smaller drop and lower frequency. Consequence, these abuses of monopoly industries caused the more and more discontent of the public such as unable to choice, higher price, and poorer service day by day. In the present situation of the soaring price of the international crude oil and the diminishing production and content, it is the time for government to adopt the policy of anti-monopoly, jump out of the administrative restriction and introduce competition mechanisms by reform. Only in this way, the leading role of the market will be played in the allocation of resources and the vitality of oil enterprises will be aroused.The monopoly in the Chinese oil companies is for a long time. To solve this problem, the monopoly theory of Marxism, the theory of the economic interests and the theory of the market competition should be used basically. In this thesis, the three theories above will be introduced firstly. Secondly, the current situation, the performance, the reason and the harm of Chinese oil companies will be analyzed separately. The last but not the least, the experience of international anti-monopoly ought to be used for reference which can help to find out the solutions at the point of view of politics, economy and the legislation. Undoubtedly, the feasibility analysis of these solutions is necessity. In the end, the monopoly in the Chinese oil companies is expected to improve effectively and all of us hope to create a fair competition environment.
