Study On Evaluation Of Urban Land Intensive Use In Yongji City

At present, Kinds of construction land use in city development is expanding rapidly, the situation of extensive exploitation of urban land is serious, Consequently, the research on intensive exploitation of urban land is very important whether for the protection of land resource, the development of city and the reasonable allocation of urban land. The thesis summarized relevant theories and researches about the intensive exploitation of land home and abroad, defined the intensive exploitation of land, and analyzed the factors affecting urban land intensive exploitation. In this paper, Based on land use classification data and population and economic data of Yongji City in2005, analyzed the situation of the use of urban land in Yongji, and established the macroscopical evaluation index system of urban land intensive, the system includes six elements layer and the total16index factor. Using the methods of Multi-factor synthetic evaluation to draw land use intensity is2.53465, belonging to level3, in a medium level of land intensive utilization. The conclusion is that the urban land intensive exploitation of Yongji is on a medium level. In conclusion, the thesis proposed several measures to promote the intensive exploitation of urban land.
