At present, The domestic and foreign financial market environment is complicated, It brings both challenges and opportunities to the commercial banks. Commercial Banks pay attention to the strategic evaluation to cope with competition and risk from all sides. The set up time of KL bank is short; the resources are limited, the market influence is small. These deficiencies have affected the KL bank’s long-term development. Therefore, Strengthening the KL bank management strategy evaluation is more realistic guiding significance. In addition, the balanced scorecard broke through the traditional evaluation methods, emphasizing the balance between financial indicators and non-financial indicators, so this article chooses to apply the idea of the balanced scorecard to evaluate KL bank management strategy, this points out the direction for the bank managers and employees in KL bank, provides decision-making reference for scientific management for the KL bank in order to help KL bank optimize financial resource allocation, promote the health and sustainable development in KL bank and raise the economic efficiency and core competitiveness.The article considered the KL bank management strategy as the research object, used the balanced scorecard as the research tool and used strategic management theory and the SWOT analysis theory as the theoretical guidance. In the same time,The article evaluated KL bank management strategy system by combining theory and practice. First of all, based on the actual situation, this article expounded the produce process of the focus strategy and the necessity and feasibility of implementing centralization strategy in KL bank. Secondly, based on the balanced scorecard,this article evaluated five aspects, which include financial level, customer level, internal process level, learning and innovation level, risk management level. Third, based on the KL bank management strategy evaluation process, The article found some problems during the strategy implementation of the KL bank, for example financial management condition is not enough good, the customer acceptance is low, the relative talent is lack, the business is relatively single, risk control ability is weak etc. Finally, according to the existing problems, The article put forward countermeasures about improving the strategy implementation effect in KL bank, such as the improvement of the financial situation, the richness of new business types, the construction of core talent team, the improvement of risk management ability, the improvement of the customer recognition etc. The constructive measures have a certain reference value and reference for the KL bank decision-making in the future.
