Research On Risk Evaluation And Coping Of Material Supply In Pipeline Enterprises

With the continuous development of our social economy, the demand for oil&gas is booming, which brings enormous development opportunities to the petroleum industry. In recent years, as the emerging force of the petroleum industry, oil&gas pipeline industry develops rapidly. On the one hand, it provides a powerful support and guarantee to the national economic development; on the other hand, it plays an important role in the improvement of people’s living standard in our country. The sustainable development of oil&gas pipeline industry has vital significance for not only the enterprise itself but also the petroleum industry and even the country.Since entering the new century, due to the change of the situations at home and abroad, the oil&gas pipeline industry is facing strong pressure from the society and economy. How to realize the rapid, healthy, efficient and sustainable development of oil&gas pipeline industry is a research question of great theoretical value and practical value. Among the production and management activities in oil&gas pipeline industry, material supply management is an important management function and operation process, whose management performance is the solid foundation and the safeguard for oil&gas pipeline transport enterprise to achieve its operation goal.In the development of oil&gas pipeline industry, the risk management of material supply has been paid close attention to by many practitioners and scholars. How to realize the material supply risks in oil&gas pipeline industry, identify and evaluate the risks, and adopt corresponding countermeasures to control the risks is the basic way and method to improve the material supply performance.The risk of material supply in oil&gas pipeline industry taken as the research object, the research on the risk management of material supply is conducted in this paper on the basis of related risk management theories. First of all, the risk factors of material supply were analyzed and identified with the application of the production process; the indicators of material supply risk factors were proposed on the basis of predecessors’research results; the key risk factors indicators were screened with the expert investigation method. Secondly, the screened risk factors were classified according to the several links of material supply, and risk evaluation index of material supply in oil&gas pipeline industry was build, and the index evaluation remark sets were given. Again, the weight of each evaluation index was determined with the analytic hierarchy process, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for material supply risk is established, and a specific case was analyzed. Finally, the relevant risk countermeasures were put forward.
