Research On Supply Chain Risk Management

Supply chain risk has become the most difficult obstacle that restrict the operation and development of supply chain, as supply chain management is the important mode of enterprise management. The research on supply chain risk management is very significant.This paper is guided by the quantitative and the qualitative method on the basis of system principle. Supply chain risk was researched by using the risk management theory to prefered a comprehensive and scientific supply chain risk management system, which would identify, assess and handle the risk in supply chain.Firstly, the necessity and importance of supply chain risk management and the research situation of supply chain risk was pointed out in the research introduction. Secondly, the question that would be solved and the technical route of the research was proposed in this paper. On the basis of reviewed the supply chain management theory, the risk management theory as well as the connotation and the elementary theory of supply chain risk management, this paper analyzed the cause of supply chain risk, used Supply Chain Operations Reference Model to identify supply chain risk and constructed the risk evaluation system. Then according to the analysis of advantages and disadvantages in the Delphi method, AHP, Grey theory and Fuzzy, the paper proposed an improved integrated algorithm and combined with the risk evaluation list and SCOR model to evaluate the risk of supply chain. At the same time, put forward some coping methods for the supply chain risk in both strategic and tactical respects by referencing the coping strategies of enterprise risk management from the point of supply chain system. Finally, the paper constructed the dynamic supply chain risk management system through the establishment of supply chain risk early waining system.
