| Industry gas is an important resource which is widely utilized in various sectors in modern industrialized society. The over-the-fence supply is a business model used by multi-national gas companies in China market, through which they earn dramatic growth in China. Hence a study on this business model including its application and integration in China is meaningful.Through interview with relevant market insiders and key customers as well as the channel within The Linde Group, A German Company for which the author serve, a lot of info and data are collected which are purposed to serve the intention of this paper to study the over-the-fence supply model in industry gas sector, including its background, current status of market application, pros and cons analysis, the emerging trend etc. A study of its application and integration was conducted to propose potential solution to solve some problems the business model is facing currently in China market, which could play a role of reference to improve formulate strategy of the over-the-fence business model in this industry in China market. |
