The MPS with multiple freeze fences was introduced into supply chainmanagement and the impact of the multiple freeze fences was done research on theperformance of supply chain. And the supply chain management is an important fieldin the modern manufacturing technology and in the modern management method. Now there is the global competing in all areas, so managers must improve thecapacity of inventory and satisfy the consumers' demand to win in the competitiveglobal market. The "multiple freeze fences" is an important method to achieve thegoal. Using this method, managers can get low inventory cost, high flexibility andhigh consumer service level.Using the object-oriented simulation in the paper, we analyze and design a supplychain by UML (Unified Modeling Language). In the supply chain, there are onemanufacture making MPS with multiple freeze fences and four retailers facinguncertainty demands. Every enterprise has its own inventory and MPS, and forecastbasing on the demand. The the simulation process were programed usingobject-oriented C++ language and design lot of classes basing on the design. We alsosolve the linear mix-integer programming problem using the CPLEX software in theVC6.0. In this thesis, the order and delivery process were simulated between themanufacture and four retailers, and the process of making order decision were alsosimulated basing on demands. In the end, by analyzing the output data, someinteresting conclusions for manager and researcher to use the "multiple freeze fences"were provided. There are six chapters in this dissertation. The first is introduction. The second isreview. The third is research methods. The forth is the analysis and design of thesupply chain simulation system. The fifth is the analysis of the output data. The last isconclusion.
