A Study On The Employment Service Of Migrant Workers In Cities Under The New Situation

As the rapid economic development of China, the adjustment of economic structure and urbanization is speeding up. The amount of migrant workers transfer employment is enlarging which due to the industry restructuring caused by market economy steering and strategic impelling of urbanization, employment of migrant workers become a serious problem focused by government, scholars and society. Chinese President Hu Jintao pointed out that we should deal with the problem of Migrant Workers Employment reasonably. This problem influences on many aspects in public management and development. It leads to a result that the problem of Migrant Workers Employment is significant for both country and society. The basic public employment service of migrant workers is required to be improved by multi-angle thinking and multipath. Obviously the job is urgent now. The government is responsible for providing public employment service to migrant workers to reduce the disorder flow.There are kinds of barriers in new circumstances including economic recession, industry restructuring which cause employment and reemployment prospects remain grim. Moreover, historical reasons made insufficiency to hinder the completing of public employment service. It needs to be analyzed on practice. The goal is to structure a mode concretely, operationally and propagably. So it’s hard to improve public employment service for migrant workers integrally and fleetly. With researching of typical cases in migrant workers’ employment service both here and abroad, combining with the current situation in Hangzhou, the purpose of the thesis is to find out the appropriate way to improve Public Employment Service for Migrant Workers in Hangzhou, also try to find out the answer that how to promote it with the theory and practice angles simultaneously. The study is capable of bringing about a beneficial effect to Public Employment Service for Migrant Workers in Hangzhou and also can be a helpful reference to the other cities in China. Hope that my crude remarks may draw a forth by abler people who studying the system of public employment service for migrant workers in China.Multiple research approaches are used to set up the thesis, including investigation with development course and analysis of current situation in Public Employment Service for Migrant Workers in Hangzhou, theoretical research, empirical analysis and statistics. The study is especially focusing on practicability. And finally lead to the advice that how to promote the Public Employment Service for Migrant Workers in Hangzhou with practice and development visual angle.
