Study On Public Employment Service About New Generation Of Migrant Worker

In recent years, our country economy society, industrialization and city development, the new generation of migrant workers has become the subject of China’s industrial workers, this group has attracted national and social attention from all walks of life. The problem of employment is the foundation of the government, the public employment service plays a very important role in the employment problem. This paper is based on the theory of new public management and new public service theory of employment, public employment service of Jiangxi province in the new generation of migrant workers in Nanchang County as an example, on the one hand, through the analysis of the two aspects of the employment status of the new generation of migrant workers and the public employment service needs, to explore the necessity of the development of the public employment service. On the other hand, through the analysis of the present situation of public employment service organizations supply, lack of public employment service. From a combination of both supply and demand situation, put forward reasonable suggestions and measures.
