The intermediate business does not need to use the funds from the bank canobtain a certain profit, and can provide a variety of services for customers, increase bankliquidity, reduce the cost, improve operation efficiency and many other advantages. Butbecause of the development of intermediate business level on the banks of the resourcerequirements, management mode is different from the past, deposit and loan business, theoverall quality of employees have higher requirements, but also have the correspondinginternal control system. The intermediate business of Bank of Inner Mongolia started late, lowstarting point, the internal control system, the risk of intermediary business talent teamconstruction, risk awareness is still not mature, with the international advanced banks,compared to a big gap, there are many problems. Problems in risk management ofintermediate business has important theoretical and practical significance to the developmentof intermediary business of Bank of Inner Mongolia. This paper attempts by referring to theexperience of risk management of intermediary business in western commercial banks,combined with the actual situation of the Bank of Inner Mongolia, put forward to strengthenrisk management countermeasures and suggestions of intermediate business of the Bank ofInner Mongolia, promote the intermediary business of Bank of Inner Mongolia has a rapiddevelopment, occupy the advantage in competition.This paper is divided into six parts: introduction to the background and significance ofthe research in the introduction, introduced the domestic and foreign relevant research,innovation and insufficiency of the basic ideas and methods, the proposed thesis research. Thearticle presents the theory of the second chapter, the connotation and characteristics, focuseson the analysis of the connotation of the intermediate business of commercial banks,intermediate business of commercial banks risk classification and characteristics, theintermediate business risk management mechanism. The third chapter introduces thedevelopment situation of Inner Mongolia bank, the Bank of Inner Mongolia the developmentof intermediate business, risk management measures, focus on the analysis of risk management of intermediary business of Bank of Inner Mongolia. The fourth chapterdescribes the intermediate business risk management experience of western commercial banks,discusses several aspects of the advanced experience from the Basel agreement on the riskmanagement of commercial bank’s intermediary business guidance, the western commercialbank middle business development and risk management. The fifth chapter according to thepractical problems in risk management of intermediate business of the Bank of InnerMongolia in Basel, according to the specific guidance of the agreement, learn from theadvanced experience of risk management in western commercial banks, puts forward theconcrete countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of enhancing risk awareness,strengthen talent team construction, improve the internal risk control system, with strongproduct development and marketing. |
