The executive mangers of an enterprise are the most important humanresource capital in the process of development. The effective motivation onthese executives has a great impact on the future development of theenterprises. The issue about how to constantly innovate and initiate change onconcept of development and corporate culture is tightly related to seniormanagers, thus the author thinks the motivation to senior management isworthwhile to study.In this paper, the author adopted some methods, say interviews,questionnaires, systems analysis to study for the status quo of incentivesystem on senior executives of KK landscape engineering company. Andknowed the existing problems of the current senior management incentivesystem. The paper proposed to establish reasonable performance evaluationsystem, performance-oriented pay system, tailored training based for careerdevelopment system and retention system. The paper also provided solutionson possible questions during implementation process.Faced with such a competitive environment, KK garden company wouldpay more attention to the role of people and implement a variety of incentivesystems which adapt to actual situation of the company to stimulate theinitiative&enthusiasm of senior executives to improve KK landscapeengineering company’s personnel structure and achieve sustainable growth.
