Modern scientific performance appraisal system is the construction of a modernenterprise system. The purpose of this study is through the implementation of the staffperformance appraisal programmed, continue to enhance the Heyuan tobaccocompanies staff performance, promote the individual value, thus for Heyuan tobaccocompanies continued, healthy, stable, harmonious development and make due efforts.In this paper, the Chinese tobacco industry reform and development of the currentsituation and faced after the accession to the WTO international competition andchallenges, analyzes the existing problems in the employee performance appraisal ofHeyuan tobacco companies, on this basis, we design a new evaluation scheme ofemployee performance, and the combination of industry characteristics, on how toimplement the program of measures are discussed.In this paper, an objective analysis of the causes of existing problems in theperformance appraisal of Heyuan tobacco companies and problems, combined withthe basic theory of the modern performance evaluation, and puts forward somecountermeasures for optimization of Heyuan tobacco companies performanceevaluation theory and method and the corresponding. This article mainly from theaim orientation of evaluation, evaluation of key goal setting, environmentalassessment, the use of assessment results, analyzes the existing at the present stageHeyuan tobacco companies performance limitations, analyzes the causes of theproblem from the aspects of system, personnel. Finally, the actual performanceappraisal of Heyuan tobacco companies, the writer tries to put forward somecountermeasures.This paper is a tobacco companies in Heyuan as the research object, in view ofits staff performance appraisal program design, but for other enterprises inGuangdong tobacco, China tobacco system, reform of state-owned enterprisesreform at present, also has the reference value.
