Modern scientific performance appraisal system is the construction of a modernenterprise system. This article mainly from theaim orientation of evaluation, evaluation of key goal setting, environmentalassessment, the use of assessment results, analyzes the existing at the present stageHeyuan tobacco companies performance limitations, analyzes the causes of theproblem from the aspects of system, personnel.
