The Influence Of Circulation Industry On The Economic Growth Of Yunnan Province

This thesis serves the ultimate purpose of improving the economic growth inYunnan Province, to study the influence of circulation has on the economic growththere. As an important part of the third industry, circulation industry is the bridge andlink of production and consumption, which plays an important role in the expansionof domestic demand. Base on fully studying the relevant literature about the effect ofcirculation on economic growth, this article firstly defines the scope of circulation,and then systematically and carefully study the current situation of circulation,contribution to economic growth, circulation location entropy and the problem ofcirculation in development.we found that although the development scale ofcirculation is increasingly expand, the circulation have many problems, such as theweak influence on GDP, employment, consumption, that circulation is laggingbehind compared to the economically developed regions.So the leading role ofcirculation has not been established. On this foundation, the article firstly collects andsorts out relevant data from1997to2012, and then employs correlation analysis,unit root test, cointegration test, granger causality test and error correction model tocarefully and systematically elaborate and compare short and long influence of thecirculation, finance and the real eatate industry in the third industry on economicdevelopment of Yunnan Province. The study shows that whether long and short, thecontribution of circulation to Yunnan’s economic growth is greater than the financeand real eatate industry. Then, the thesis collects and sorts out relevant data from1995to2012, and employs correlation analysis and regression analysis to carefullystudy the effects of circulation on other industries. The study shows that thecirculation has played an important role on other industries in promoting theirdevelopment, especially on the first industry, which also shows that circulation hasplayed an important role in development of the regional economy. Finally, on thebasis of empirical research, the author proposed the strategies and suggestions ofdeveloping circulation to promote economic growth.
