| With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, ecological problems graduallybecome the bottleneck of restricting the sustainable development. Ecological compensation，as akind of means, can effectively coordinate the relationship between economic development andenvironmental protection. So the construction of ecological compensation and its operationmechanism have caused wide public concern. At present, the study and practice of ecologicalcompensation in China, mainly concentrate in the fields of river basin, water source, naturereserves, land and mineral resources development, wetland and forest protection.And we haveobtained some results. In recent years, some scholars began to introduce the concept of ecologicalcompensation into the field of tourism, and it is a new perspective of tourism resourcesdevelopment and protection. The author also believes that the implementation of ecologicalcompensation in the field of tourism development, can effectively supervise tourism developmentactivities, avoid and solve the ecological environment problems and social problems caused bythe tourism development, promote the image and quality of tourism products, and promote thesustainable development of tourism economy. Therefore, the paper taking Puzhehei scenic spot ofQiubei county in Yunnan province as an example, empirically studied the ecologicalcompensation of tourism development in the scenic spot, and then put forward the overall train ofthought and suggestions to improve the ecological compensation mechanism of Puzhehei scenicspot.This article is divided into five parts. The first part mainly expounded the background andresearch significance of the tourism development ecological compensation, synopticallyintroduced the domestic and foreign research achievements, and put forward the research methodsand technical route. Through the analysis of the related concepts and basic theory of ecologicalcompensation, the second part laid a more solid theoretical foundation of exploring andresearching the ecological compensation mechanism of the tourism development in Puzhehei. Thethird part through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data, analyzed the present situationand existing problems of ecological compensation in the tourism development. The fourth part putforward the overall train of thought and suggestions, including determining the compensationprinciple, confirming the compensation subject and object, perfecting the compensation way, determining the compensation standard, establishing and improving the relevant policies andregulations, broadening the financing channels, perfecting supervision mechanism, strengtheningpublicity and education. These suggestions can improve the ecological compensation mechanismof Puzhehei scenic spot. The fifth part summed up the conclusion of this article, summarized thedeficiency and prospected the contents that can be in-depth of the research. |
