Research On Operation Mode Of Remanufacturing Of Office Equipment Based On Circular Economy

Since the20th century，with the global economy developing in a high speed，the numberof all kinds of industrial products is increasing rapidly， industrial development create a wealthof material wealth for human beings， but also consume a large amount of natural resources，damage the ecological environment where human survival. Over exploitation of naturalresources， energy and excessive use of the environment caused the shortage of globalresources， environmental pollution， the destruction of ecological balance and other socialproblems. In order to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of resources，reduce waste of resources， reduce the harm of waste of the environment， at the same time，maximize resource utilization， remanufacturing industry arises and develops rapidly which isbased on the theory of the recycling economy. Remanufacturing can enable the waste toregenerate in a high quality， and can do energy saving， material saving， which is thesolution of resource shortage and environmental pollution. This paper first introduces thepresent situation of development of the office equipment remanufacturing industry at home andabroad， and second expounds the basic concepts of remanufacturing and the process. And thenthrough the analysis of feasibility， economy and social on product remanufacturing， clarifyremanufacturing of economic benefits and social benefits. From using PEST analysis methodand the SCP model， this paper respectively analyzes the development of remanufacturingenterprise in macro environment and industry environment. Based on the above comprehensiveanalysis， this paper designed a suitable operation mode for our local office equipmentmanufacturing enterprise， including a series of specific operation modes from the productrecycling and remanufacturing to saling， leasing and secondary recycling. Finally takingNanjing TianZhong electrical and mechanical manufacturing co.，LTD. as an example，analyzes the company’s current operating mode， and puts forward the suggestions forimprovement.
