A Study On The Path Of Financial Development Supporting New Urbanization In West China

New urbanization advancement will not only promote the improvement of labor productivity and the benefit of agglomeration, promote public services and the expansion of urban infrastructure investment, but also will increase people’s income and stimulate consumption, so as to achieve the goal of expanding aggregate demand, realize the successful transformation of China’s economy.In this paper, theoretical definition, the present situation description, empirical test and the thinking of countermeasures and Suggestions. Firstly expounds the new connotation of urbanization, explains the relevant theory of financial development; Then from the aspects of population, industry and income three describes the current situation of the new type of urbanization development in western China, from the financial scale, financial structure and financial efficiency of three aspects:the quantitative analysis of the present situation of financial development in western China; Secondly build panel data model, through the unit root test, cointegration test and Hausman test to determine model, the study found that financial development of population urbanization and industrial structure adjustment has positive role in promoting, scale and financial efficiency and financial gap between urban and rural residents per capita income, there is a negative relationship between。The financial structure and the gap between urban and rural per capita income has positive relationship; Once again, quantitative analysis of the western region of the new urbanization construction investment in fixed assets total demand and the gap state budgetary funds; Finally, based on the present situation of the new type of urbanization development in western China and measurement results put forward the financial development how to support the new advance of urbanization policy Suggestions.
