Chinese decide to build China’s comprehensive strength of the strongest regional through regional integration mode in Yangtze River Delta. The regional government cooperation, free flowing accelerating regional factor of production, and the cost of inter regional trade reduced have an great effect on region allocation of resources. However, boundary effect is a two-side sword for regional economic integration of Yangtze River Delta. Government cooperation accelerates the exchange cooperation in political, economic, cultural, information of Yangtze River Delta.Firstly, it reviewed the main problem that what the boundary effect have an impact on regional economic integration of Yangtze River Delta. At the meantime, through the literature at home and abroad on the search, sorting, inductive, review, which have a clear concept of boundary effect theory and the theory of regional economic integration, but also the detailed difference to hinder the boundary effect of regional integration and promote. Secondly, the Yangtze River Delta regional economic integration progress is introduced in detail.
