The special background led to different problems in corporate governance with major commercial banks, rural commercial banks, Chinese joint-stock commercial banks(JSCBs) and foreign banks. What is more, personnel mechanism to be perfect in the western region. Based on the special problems of eastern and western, the author proposed the following suggestion:optimize the ownership structure, sound institutional arrangements and personnel mechanisms, enhance risk prevention capability and improve the information disclosure system of countermeasures.The greatest feature of this report is that mostly data are researched by myself.
