An Empirical Study On The Evaluation Of Sustainable Land Use In Eastern,Middle And Western Cities Of China

The sustainable use of land is a main content of current land management and land sustainable development.How to develop regional land sustainable use evaluation,and have a deep understanding of the sustainable use of land in the region,and then carry out the sustainable land use evaluation within the scope of work,is the important basis to solve the problem of land resources in China in the future-This paper focuses on the evaluation of the sustainable use of land on the eastern,central and western regions of China,and through the evaluation and comparative study of the internal cities in the eastern,central and western regions,in order to provide certain reference for the future improvement of the sustainable use of land in all regions.This paper selects Jinan City and Guangzhou City in the eastern region,Wuhan City and Harbin City in the Central Region,and Weinan City and Chengdu City in the Western Region to carry out land sustainable evaluation and comparative study.The specific content includes the following seven parts:The first part is the introduction,including five sections:research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research review,research methods and technical routes,and data sources.The second part is the introduction of related concepts and theories.It defines the concepts of sustainable use of land resources,rationality of land use,suitability of land use and difficulty in changing the direction of land use.The third part is to build an evaluation index system based on the model.The specific contents include the development of model improvement,the principles of index system construction,the selection of different regional indexes,and the determination of weight and level method.The fourth part analyzes the land use status of cities in each region,namely Jinan City,Guangzhou City,Wuhan City,Harbin City,Weinan City and Chengdu City,and calculates the dynamic attitude of land use of Jinan City and Guangzhou City in combination with the needs of the following analysis,so as to better understand the land use status of each city.The fifth part carries out the evaluation of sustainable land use in each research city,including the analysis of the evaluation results of the cities in the east and the central and western regions,and the comparative analysis of the cities in the east,central and western regions.The sixth part based on the analysis of the fifth part,get the corresponding conclusions,according to the conclusions and then put forward Suggestions for sustainable land use in the future;The seventh part summarizes the deficiency and prospect of this paper.
