A Study On The Impact Of Land Circulation On Farmers' Participation In Social Endowment Insurance

With the popular of the land circulation in recent years, the rights of farmers land is largely transfered, the old-age security function which was from land was weakened or even disappeared, the land and the traditional family pension mode has been replaced with the patterns of social endowment insurance, while,currently, the rural social pension security system is not perfect, between the land circulation and the new rural old-age security system has not been established appropriate cohesive devices. Out of the land make traditional old-age security partial or complete loss, at the same time, land income and the liberation of labor are changing the farmers economy profoundly. Above is bound to lead to farmers old-age security behavior change.Theoretically, the author expounds the relationship between the land circulation and old-age security, first of all, the land circulation benefits is residual income deducting contribution from labor and capital, land circulation revenue should be fully used for pension spending. Secondly, land transfer income used for old-age security should both comply with the characteristics of itself, stability, also, it is can solve the problem of farmers’ finance and investment. So the enlargement land circulation scale can promote the payment rate and payment level.Based on the theory, for further empirical study, the author Analyzed the influence of among land circulation income from land and payment rate and payment level, and it is concluded that the improvement of land circulation income plays a driving role, but, in reality, it did not come into play. Therefore, the author thinks that we should set up a connection system between the land circulation and new type of old-age insurance for rural residents, to constantly improve the new agricultural insurance system, and at the same time, to speed up the land circulation toward standardization direction development.
