It is an important way to develop modern agriculture and improve the competitiveness of agriculture to realize the moderate scale management through land circulation. At present, the scale of land circulation in China is still limited. There have been a lot of literature studies on the restrictive factors of land transfer.By summarizing and summarizing, the restrictive factors of land transfer can be roughly divided into the following aspects: system and regulations, farmers' own characteristics and endowments, and market development. In addition, some scholars believe that because the rural social security system, especially the old-age security is still very weak, and the land has the function of replacing the old-age security,is the main reason for the low willingness of rural residents to land transfer.Based on the comparison and analysis of existing research, this paper finds that the measurement of pension security level is still to be discussed, and the sample size is small and the space span is low, which leads to the limitations of the research results. Therefore, this paper reconstructs the concept of the level of old-age security, and uses the econometric model to empirically analyze the impact of the level of old-age security on the willingness and rate of land transfer. The contents of this paper include the following 3 aspects: first, the description of the basic characteristics of the sample farmers.Second, comparative analysis of sample characteristics and farmers' willingness to transfer land and farmers' land circulation rate.Third, the theoretical analysis of the level of old-age security on land transfer.Fourth,Empirical analysis of the impact of rural residents' endowment security level on farmers' willingness to land transfer and farmers' land transfer rate.Through the study, the following conclusions are drawn: First,China's rural areas have not yet achieved comprehensive coverage of old-age security, and the level of rural old-age security is still low, family per capita pension income is only 577 yuan.Second, the scale of land circulation in rural areas is still small, and the willingness of farmers to transfer land is generally low.Third, the level of old-age security has a significant impact on farmers' land transfer. With the improvement of the level of old-age security, farmers' willingness to land transfer and land transfer rate have significantly improved.Fourthly, the value of agricultural fixed assets and regional factors have a significant impact on farmers' land transfer. The higher the value of agricultural fixed assets, the greater the degree of inhibition on farmers' land transfer.Compared with the eastern region, the willingness and rate of land transfer of farmers in the western region are obviously lower.Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations from the aspects of perfecting the old-age security system in rural areas, improving the level of old-age security and increasing the subsidy of agricultural fixed assets,in order to provide some reference opinions for accelerating the progress of land transfer in rural areas.
